Which means it’s also a great way to produce websites for all sorts of outlines, such as ecommerce, personal portfolio’s, eLearning, and much more. In short we can use Weebly to a miscellaneous variety of content. Our workshop focus will be in using Weebly as a personal portfolio tool. As an outcome the student will hold the knowledge to publish different content types such as articles, images, videos, and links. There will be an approach to social media integration with Weeebly, since publishing content is only half of the work done, in a globalization context the user has to share it and distribute it to the world. We will handle this trough Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. Because it’s important to know if contents are reaching out to the targeted audience, we have included content analytics in our workshop. Meaning we can track our audience and most importantly adjust our content accordingly. This is important in so many ways, namely in finding a job, and knowing if the published content is reaching out a potential employer. There are two ways for a Weebly experience, the website and the blog tools. Students will use the automatic hosted weebly.com, this saves students from the installation and configuration steps, which are time consuming.
Just a curiosity... the e-skills IP website was made with Weebly ;-)
